A robust and cost-efficient logistics system (comprising services relating to transportation, storage and handling of cargo, as well as facets of value-addition) is considered a key enabler for the development and growth of an economy. The vision of Tamil Nadu Logistics Policy 2023 is to promote an integrated, reliable, cost-efficient and sustainable logistics system for enhanced competitiveness and fast-tracked economic development of the State.
