Tamil Nadu M-Sand Policy 2023(Sectoral)

M-Sand / Crushed Sand is an alternate to river sand for construction activities and infrastructural development.  The main objectives of this M-Sand Policy is to ensure zero waste mining/ quarrying in the State, prevent damage to the river ecosystem by rationalizing the use of river sand in a conserved manner and to promote the usage of quality M-Sand /Crushed Sand having greater compressive strength.
